Traveling isn’t always about going to places far and wide. Sometimes we have to stop and explore our own backyards.
If you read my blog, you’ll know how much I love the big city life. There’s just something about a crowded area, with brick walled coffee shops, open mic nights and tons of places to randomly stop in and explore on your walk home.
A few months ago a friend of mine took me to a local coffee shop that has quickly become a favorite spot of mine. Ella Cafe is a popular coffee shop in South Florida. It’s so popular that there is never anywhere to sit in there. Just looking it up on social media, you can see how the ambiance, menu choices and overall atmosphere gives off cool city vibes.
Ella is a weekly stop for me. Sunday afternoons are perfect for their new french toast soufflé, a hot chocolate and one of their famous chocolate chip cookies. I’m not one who usually takes pics of my food, but I’m guilty of documenting every trip here.
