What’s Up Next? This Week’s Watch List

Whether your city has a mandatory stay-at-home procedure in place or you’re doing your civic duty and self-quarantining, it’s easy to surf the web looking for entertainment. Looking for something to watch while you’re inside? Here’s what’s on my list!

Reality TV

Next in Fashion

Pairs of designers from around the world compete every week I’m a variety of challenges. At the end of two stressful days, the new threads are judged by top industry names in a fashion show and one team is eliminated.

Singapore Social

Think Jersey Shore meets The Hills meets Singapore. Follow this group of the country’s elite socialites as they deal with love, life and laughs.

The Circle

Also isolated are a group of strangers who may or may not be who they say they are. Every week, the group ranks each other based on how genuine they think everyone is being.

Horror

American Horror Story season 9 is officially on Hulu. In the first 3 minutes of the season, there are tons of a dozen dead bodies in true AHS fashion. This season is about a creepy camo from the 1980s. Watch if you dare.

Drama

Now is a great time to catch up on some current shows. From 911 on Fox, a show about first responders in Los Angeles, or Station 19, a show about first responders in Seattle, Chicago Fire, a show about first responders in… Chicago, or Grey’s Anatomy, a long-running medical drama following surgeons from interns to literally owning the hospital. Law & Order SVU is investigating heinous crimes and has about a billion seasons to get lost in. Desperate Housewives, One Tree Hill, Friday Night Lights and East Lost High are all available on Hulu.

Music

Since Coachella isn’t happening this year, don’t forget about Queen Bey’s festival performance on Netflix. You can also YouTube your favorite artists from the 2000s and have your own concert and dance party. Check out this Britney + *NSYNC + 98 Degrees + Tyrese power hour at Disney from just a FEW years back.

J Biebs, One Direction and Taylor Swift also have concert movies you can check out.

Childhood TBTs

If you have Pluto TV, you have access to all types of throwbacks including a 24/7 Degrassi: The Next Generation channel, Run’s House, Next, and other celebrity dating shows we all know and love. Not looking for a show, but a movie? Check out Big Fat Liar, It Takes Two, Burlesque, A Cinderella Story or Sleepover.

Want something more current? Prime Video Cinema is offering an in-theater experience from your living room with movies that are out now.

No matter what you choose, remember, we will all get through this!

Until next time…
