Let’s face it, we’re going through a strange time. Sometimes you just feel annoyed, overwhelmed or just bored.  It happens to us all. Sometimes all we need is a great song with a pumped up beat to help you rise back up to the warrior you are. Here are my top 10 hits that can instantly change your mood and get you moving.

This group seems to find its way on to many of my lists. They have a song for every mood you could ever find yourself in.

I’m Every Woman – Whitney Houston

When that beat drops. WOOO

Favorite lyric: The end when she just repeats “I’m every woman” about 20 times with a “Chaka Khan” thrown in.

 

One Thing – Amerie

I bet you forgot about this one. The beat, the mood. No way you’ll not feel like a new person after this.

Favorite lyric: “Hear voices I don’t want to understand. My car keys are jingling in my hand. My high heels are clicking towards your door.”

 

 

This is Me – Demi Lovato 

Not only will it bring back memories of when you were in middle school jamming out to the Camp Rock soundtrack, but it honestly does have an amazing message about being yourself.

This was a hard toss up between “Stop” and this one, but literally any Spice Girls song will bring your mood back up.

Shower – Becky G

We all sing or hum in the shower. The acoustics are great, and so is this song.

So maybe you’re in a funk because you just went through a breakup. This one is for you. Cut the baggage.
