It’s hard to log into Instagram during the fall without seeing amazing backdrops of golden leaves, pumpkin patches and apples on the trees. If you live in the city it’s nearly impossible to find this scenery without taking a day trip out to Long Island or upstate, but The Floral Escape at Queens County Farm is the perfect location to get that Autumn shot.
As soon as you walk in, the fall magic happens. There are a few stations, each with a different look, color and theme. From pumpkins to butterflies and even some farm props like hay barrels and a classic red door with white stripes, you’ll need your best poses.

If red and orange aren’t quite your color, try the purple, or pose next to one of the biggest pumpkin spice lattes you’ll come across. Still not your thing? Color your world with a rainbow border!

If you remember my last lookbook post, you’ll recall I gave you sneak peek at my fall outfit inspiration. Stay tuned for more behind this look!
The Fall Escape is closed for the season, but if it does make a return next year, make sure to get your tickets online to reserve your time slot. It will get crowded, which means longer lines as you wait at each station, so go as early as you can! I’m looking to check out the frosty version at The Winter Escape, so I’ll be sure to let you know how it is!
Where are your favorite Instagrammable locations in the city?
Until next time…
