Workout Wednesday: Week 2

Welcome back to another Workout Wednesday! If you checked out my last post, you’ll know I started on a month long fitness challenge and I’m excited to report that I see a difference, and I’m down three pounds!

On Peloton, I pushed through the remainder of the Bike Bootcamp classes to complete the 4 class challenge, and started some five minute core strength classes when I was short on time. Really focusing on putting my all into each workout has helped me feel like I’m making a difference. If you’re going to show up and be there for an hour, you might as well make it count and make it burn, right?

For the last few days, I’ve been switching up my workouts, adding in those core classes, but also running. Sprints on the treadmill really make me feel like I’m maximizing my effort and work up a sweat. I also signed up for a Diva Dance class, with a routine to Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays by ‘NSYNC to give me a fun break from the bike.

I’ve also been focusing more on eating more veggies, less carbs and snacking less, except for the three cookies I had this afternoon. Check in next week for more updates.
