Workout Wednesday: Week 3

Welcome to week three of my Workout Wednesday series! If you missed week 2, don’t worry, there is still time to catch up. This week I continued on with my month-long fitness challenge, but definitely hit some road blocks mentally and physically.

The week started strong, but the desire to snack definitely took over. I still made sure to hit the gym and lift weights, took a bike bootcamp class and ended with some quick five and ten minute core strength classes. I even took a pilates class. It wasn’t my thing, but it came in handy during the few days after my bootcamp class when I was feeling a little (extremely) sore. I also made sure to get in a few runs on the treadmill before I head back to NYC.

Overall, I can say I’m still proud for continuing on the challenge, but definitely need to keep the snacks away this upcoming week to get the best results and set a routine going into 2021. I’m just 10 miles from reaching 150 miles cycled for December, but have received multiple badges for best personal output, so there’s growth.
