I am definitely not the most artistic out there, but I’m always down to try something new, especially when there is amazing food and sips to be had. I joined a few others in an online group for an evening drawing of art to find my inner Picasso.

The evening was fully planned, so when I showed up, we had an assortment of paper, pencils, markers, and oil pastels. Our live model soon arrived and was ready to hit a few poses. Each round was longer and longer, and the instructor came around to tell us what we could work on for the next. We could focus on whole body, the background, a certain portion like a watch on a wrist through a ring on the finger. The possibilities were endless, and there was no right or wrong.

Since then, I’ve been thinking, maybe I could work on my skills and explore a new category in the media world – fashion. I’ve got some fun surprises up my sleeve so stay tuned!
